The Old North Church & Historic Site invites you and your family to spend time with us during February School Vacation Week!
This February School Vacation Week, step into 300 years of history at the Old North Church and explore the site that ignited the American Revolution. Don’t forget to play Prince’s Prowl, a digital game that takes you into the nooks and crannies of Old North. It’s great for both the young and the young at heart!
Next, learn all about how colonial chocolate was made from costumed interpreters at Captain Jackson’s Historic Chocolate – and then try a sample of colonial drinking chocolate and experience this rich 18th century treat for yourself!
Feeling adventurous? Buy a combination ticket for admission plus our guided Behind the Scenes tour, where visitors climb the steps into the bell-ringing chamber to learn about our 18th century bells, and then descend down into the historic crypt where over 1,100 bodies are interred!
